Current Food Needs

Our Pantry offers dry goods (i.e., cereal, pasta, kids’ snacks), canned goods (i.e., beans, vegetables, fruits, soups, canned pasta), personal care items (i.e., deodorant,  soap, shampoo, toothpaste), fresh produce, bread, and frozen meats.

For a listing of current needs, please visit our Gorham Food Pantry Friends page on Facebook or contact the pantry at 222-4351 or director@gorhamfoodpantry.org.  We supplement our donations with weekly shopping at local grocery and retail stores for items that are needed by our clients.

Our Pantry gladly accepts donations of fresh fruits and vegetables from home gardeners and market growers.  Please call to inquire during the growing/harvest seasons about sharing your harvest.

To ensure food safety, we cannot accept:  Open or used items, items with no labels, expired items, homemade food items, rusted cans, alcoholic beverages, fresh seafood, fresh milk (due to space constraints), non-commercially wrapped food items (such as fresh venison or other game).
